You have up to 30 days after receipt of the goods to make a complaint. Simply send the item to the return address of the delivery. Once we have received the item, the amount paid will be refunded to you as quickly as possible within the next two weeks using the purchase option you selected. Please remember that we will not accept a complaint about a personally created “Bottle Atelier by you” item.

1.Pack the goods securely: Make sure that the goods are returned undamaged and in their original packaging.​
2. Complete the return form: You will find a sample cancellation form under ‘Terms and Conditions 8.1’​
3. Create a return label with the following delivery address:

The buyer bears the costs for the return shipment
4. Drop off at a shipping service provider: Take the parcel to the nearest drop-off point of our shipping partner or arrange a pick-up.
Refund: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method used.

Within the first 30 days after you have received your item, you can return your item without any problems. We will ask no questions and accept your complaint

Our product is made from old liquor bottles. by destroying the bottles, each picture becomes a unique work of art. to strengthen the shards, we use a casting resin that hardens like stone after 2 days. This makes it impossible to damage the product on its own. Everything stays where it is. The shards we use are generously sanded at the sharp points, but there is still a risk of self-injury. We ask you to use cut-resistant gloves with extreme caution when handling our products. We cannot accept any liability for injuries caused by cuts on the shards.

Your refund will be transferred to you as soon as possible and within the next two weeks after we have received your return and checked it for any damage that may have been caused. You will receive the refund to your chosen means of payment.
